SHIPPING POLICY

 

UK Delivery (Wales, England, Scotland & Northern Ireland)

All keepsakes are sent out fully insured with Royal Mail, Parcel force or Evri Tracked and Traced unless otherwise specified. Once in the hands of the delivery company any lost or damaged items must be claimed from the relevant delivery company. I will provide assistance where possible.

Also shipping available to (US, Canada, Australia & New Zealand)

These will be sent out with Royal Mail Tracked and insured delivery. Please send me a message with your address and keepsake you would like and I will price this up for you. 

 

​Please bear in mind you may be charged a customs and handling fee in your country, this is payable by you.

Once in the hands of the delivery company any lost or damaged items must be claimed from the relevant delivery company. I will provide assistance where possible.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Unfortunately due to the bespoke nature of the keepsakes made, I cannot offer a return or refund for your order. I will however in the event your keepsake is faulty on my part, I will fix this for you free of charge.
