HOW MUCH CLOTHING WILL I NEED TO MAKE A KEEPSAKE?

CLOTHING REQUIRED FOR ANIMAL KEEPSAKES

Adult clothes: 1-2 items
Children clothes: 2-3 items
Baby clothes: 6-8 items depending on size, less if you include a baby blanket.

If you do not have enough fabric, I can provide a complementing soft fleece fabric for an additional £5 per order.

WHAT FABRIC CAN I USE?

I can use most fabric, except handmade very loose knit items. If I can't use an item you provide, I will return it with your keepsake.

HOW LONG WILL MY KEEPSAKE TAKE TO MAKE?

Keepsakes will be made in your chosen month, however due to unforeseen circumstances this could run over by 1-2 weeks, you will me notified if this is the case. If you have a specific date in mind I recommend you

order your keepsake for the month before the date needed and let me know of this date.

DO I NEED TO WASH AND IRON MY CLOTHES BEFORE I SEND THEM?

All clothing/fabric must be freshly washed before you send them, there is no need to iron.

A £5 Laundry fee will be applied if they are not washed and smell of smoke, animals, dirty etc.

HOW TO I GET MY CLOTHES TO YOU?

If you live local to myself in Barry, South Wales you are more than welcome to drop off and collect from my home. Otherwise I recommend you post them Royal Mail recorded or special delivery or use a tracked courier service. Please make sure clothing is put into a plastic bag first to protect before packing for delivery. Please include a note inside your package with your Name, return address, email address, mobile number any Personalised embroidery you would like and any other requests!

DO YOU RETURN ANY UNUSED CLOTHING/FABRIC?

I do if requested, please state this in your note you send with your package. If there is only a small amount of clothing to be returned this will be free of charge, however if there is a lot to be returned there will be a £5 return fee.
